ERASMUS+
Erasmus+, the new EU programme (2014 - 2020) has been provided with a budget of 14.7 billion euros for a period of seven years. For the field of higher education in Germany, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) will perform the tasks of a national agency commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Erasmus + will continue the components of established programmes. It offers a variety of new programmes with regard to mobility and partnerships. These are helpful for the ongoing internationalization of universities and can be employed strategically.
