The Last Minute Design Talks present interdisciplinary contemporary positions in design - curated and organized by Prof. Andrea Rauschenbusch, Visual Communication, Integrated Design/HfK.

Anna Cairns is a designer in Berlin working on visual identities, websites, typefaces, publications and exhibitions for clients and institutions in the fields of art, design and culture. She is particularly interested in the tools, processes and structures with and through which design is created, currently moving between graphics, code and type. In the Talk she will show projects and talk about her approach.
After studying in Berlin, Rotterdam and Karlsruhe, she graduated in communication design in 2018 and first worked at NODE Berlin Oslo before starting her own studio practice in 2019.
