Introduction to Thai Print Making and the Studios at Silpakorn University and Wild animals in moving images in Thai contemporary art at the Nebenflut

Parichart Suphaphan is the head of the Graphic Arts Department at Silpakorn University in Bangkok, In her work she has been inspired by women and the people around her. She has developed her works to reflect the beauty trends, that women have to endure by using cheerful colors and creating very strong imagery.

Wantanee Siripattananuntakul is oeuvre is grounded on social, political, economic, and political ecology issues as critical views that touch upon questions about the meaning of life. Each project often consists of different media, such as videos, sound, sculptures, and installations, associating social and economic inequality and ideological state apparatus. They are executed to investigate what is at stake in our society.
