Anleitung in Dekoration, Setzen und Brand von keramischen Objekten in Rakutechnik, Vermittlung der Brenntechnik. --- Instruction how to decorate the clay objects, how to set the killn and afterwards fire it, with focus on the learning of the firing technique.

Werkstatt Keramik : Erstellung von knstlerisch-gestalterischen Artefakten (Visualisierung, Modell, Präsentation, Entwurf, Realisation) a) Materialien: Verschiedene Tone (in Farbe und Schamottierung), Porzellanmassen, Engoben und Glasuren, Gips zum Formen- und Modellbau, Glasguss. b) Werkzeuge: Handhabung und Anwendung von Drehscheiben, NEU: Keramikdrucker, Plattenwalze, Massemischer, Massepumpe, Glasurspritzanlage, Trommelmhle, Funktion und Bedienung von elektrischen Brennöfen, sowie Holz- und Gasbrennöfen, Rakubrand. c) Herstellungsweisen von Unikaten und Kleinserien Keramik: Skizze, Technische Zeichnung, Modell, 3D Druck in Ton oder Porzellan, Abformung von Tonmodellen, in 3D in Kunststoff gedruckten oder an der CNC Frse gefertigten Objekten oder Ready Mades, Wahl des Fertigungsverfahrens und des Materials, Ein- und berformung, Handaufbau, Bau von Arbeiten aus Platten, Oberflächengestaltung, Glas: Fusing, Kiln Casting d) Historische Aspekte: Geschichte der Keramik von der Steinzeit bis zum Raketen-/Computerzeitalter, Geschichte des Glases vom Altertum in die Neuzeit. --- Workshop Ceramic: Creation of artistic and creative artifacts (visualisation, model, presentation, sketch, realisation) a) Materials: various clays (in colour and addition of grog), porcelains, engobes and glazes, plaster to make models and molds, kilncasting of glass. b) Tools: handling and application of potters's wheels, NEW: ceramic printer, slab roller, slip mixer, slip pump, spray unit for glazes and slips, drum mill, function and handling of electric, woodfired and gas kilns, raku firing. c) Production methods of unique pieces and limited-lot productions. Ceramic: sketch, technical drawing, model, 3D print in clay or porcelain, moulding of clay models, 3d prints in plastic, CNC cut objects or ready mades, choice of manufacturing method and material, form in or over, hand building, slab building technique, decoration of the surface. Glass: fusing, kiln casting. d) Historical aspects: history of ceramics from stone age to present, history of glass from antiquity to present
