As part of this seminar, we are developing a visual and content-based "first aid" for the entrance exam at the University of the Arts Bremen. With the aim of offering other students support in choosing their course of study, we will first deal with fundamental questions: How are our studies at the HfK Bremen structured? What influence does the location of the HfK have on our studies? And how can we counter this from a critical perspective? Through regular meetings, we will collectively develop organizational, creative and content-related outputs as a group, using tools such as Skillshare*, Care-Riders* and setting up our own server. We will also carry out practical exercises on unlearning and self-schooling in order to question our approach to learning and working, develop it further and speculatively put it into practice. In the course of the seminar, we will expand our skills in dealing with images and text and try out printed and digital forms of publishing, as well as working on content, editing and editorial work.
