FRÄCH * is a feminist salon that is transporting feminist topics within food performances. With the three courses, the guests move through the topic and digest the resulting discourse together.
In Wasserprobe, questions of truth, belonging and social responsibility are discussed and references are drawn from the witch hunts of the early modern era to the present day.
We will round off the day with a frÄch salon concert by Kadija, an anti-fascist pop musician from Hamburg.
*FRÄCH - the name of the collective comes from the German word frech that can be loosely translated as a mixture of cheeky, sassy and rude
*the english FRÄCH–Salon is gonna be a translated version of the german one
Important information
The University of the Arts Bremen will once again be part of the Breminale in 2025 - with an independent four-day program on the MS Dauerwelle! More than 20 acts from all areas of the university will create a festival format with a thematic focus on each day. The artists present their work in different stage and space concepts - between discourse, performance, concert and club.
Many thanks to all the artists at the University of the Arts for making this year's Dauerwellenbühne program so diverse and exciting!
Thanks for the support to Jonte von Döllen, Lorraine Liedert and the department, as well as Ulas Aydin and Imke Bahr!
