In unserem viertägigen Workshop werden wir die Teilnehmenden in der Schriftgestaltung betreuen – es fungiert mehr als offenes Konzept als als Choreographie. Jede#r kann Works in progress mitbringen, Skizzen, Ideen und wir sind Ansprechpartnerinnen für Schriftgestaltungsfragen auf jedem Level. Für diejenigen, die noch keine Vorerfahrung haben, wird es eine Glyphs-Einführung und auch Prompts geben, um die erste Schrift zu beginnen (12-15 Plätze)

Vera van de Seyp (NL, *1993, sie/ihr) is a designer and creative coder interested in typography, languages, and artificial intelligence. She is currently part of the Future Sketches group at MIT Media Lab. Currently based in Boston (US) but often back in Amsterdam (NL), she has an artistic practice, sometimes giving workshops, talks, or working on autonomous projects. In her work, she explores new technologies, digital tools and fields in media where boundaries are still blurry and yet to be defined..

Charlotte Rohde (DE, *1992, sie/ihr) Charlotte Rohde is an artist, (type) designer, and writer based in Amsterdam, NL, and Berlin, DE. Her personal way of handling ideas of hyperfemininity, the economy of trust and pop culture is bracing her horizontally expanding practice of both very applied and also quite fine arts. She is currently the Guest Professor for Typography and Type Design at Bauhaus Universität Weimar.
