Jule Körperich is an artist (HfK alumna) and a lawyer in Bremen specialized in copyright and media law. In this talk she is focussing on specific issues in the context of social media. 

With regard to going public on social media, artists and designers often assume an incorrect legal situation. They do not only like and retweet, but also copy, save, change and publish without thinking about the legal situation. The lecture is intended to provide an overview of the basic copyright issues and make it easier for artists and designers to assess the risks of using social media for their artistic work.
