Starting at 8:00 p.m., concert by the Dardo Balke Ensemble with social dance
As part of the project titled Nazi Injustice: “Degenerate Music” – Persecuted Swing Dancers and Jazz Musicians in Northwest Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland, a group of young historians has created an exhibition in cooperation with the Klaus-Kuhnke-Institut für Populäre Musik at the HfK.
The exhibition is titled The Collision of Freedom and will be on display from 22.8.2025 to 14.9.2025 in the Music Department Gallery.
A programme of accompanying events will take place alongside the exhibition.
