A Fashion and Fine Art Exhibition — DUT x HfK 2026

This exhibition is a collection of discoveries made by five South African exchange studentsfrom the Durban University of Technology. Bringing together fashion, sculpture, animation, and found materials, this exhibition embracesdifferent paths as one collective walk.

This exchange invited us to step beyond the familiar, get our hands dirty, and wander intocreative disciplines we had never explored before. Along the way, we discovered new materials, unexpected talents, and workshops we never imagined we would come to love.

Each work reflects an individual journey through identity, memory, and material. Together, they map the journey of creatives in transit — learning, making, and becoming.
