- Integrating internal and external, digital and analogue communication channels and HfK information materials into text and editorial work
- Coordinating press enquiries and supporting press representatives on site
- Providing communication advice to university staff and external partners
- Coordinating the web publications of the PhD programme / third cycle
- Planning, coordinating and supporting HfK events and projects
