Department 2 – Finances and Procurement
Department 2 oversees the financial management of the state-, third-party- and special funds of the University of the Arts Bremen. Our duties include budget monitoring of income and expenditures, payment transactions, annual financial statements and the provision of internal and external evaluations/statistics.
We are your contact for projects, business trips/excursions and the issue of materials. We would like to ask employees of the faculties and students to first contact their department administration for procurement processes. Other employees should contact their respective administrative unit. For more information, please contact our department and the procurement offices.
