Incendio
The Incendio ensemble brings the passionate sound world of 17th and 18th century Baroque music to life. With works from all over Europe – from the courtly splendour of France to Italian virtuosity, English dances and German rigour – a musical journey through the emotions and drama of the Baroque era unfolds.
With recorder, baroque violin, viola da gamba and theorbo, the young ensemble from the HfK Bremen celebrates baroque contrasts – full of energy, depth and joy of playing.

Fagott Squad
Four bassoons, one goal: to show how surprisingly versatile this often underrated instrument can sound. The Fagott Squad was founded in winter 2023 at the University of the Arts Bremen and has been bringing a breath of fresh air to the stage ever since – with enthusiasm, a love of repertoire and a good dose of humour.
At the Domshof, Yi-Chi Chan, Louise Hasenohr, Ting-Chih Liang and Yongxuan Xiang will play music by Glenn Miller, Astor Piazzolla, Manuel Penella and others – from Spanish opera to jazz medleys, from tango to puppet dances. Resonant, lively, different.
An ensemble that shows that the bassoon is a surprising instrument!
