Experience music, discover diversity

At the beginning of summer on June 21, 2025, the “Fête de la Musique” will be celebrated worldwide. This year, the University of the Arts Bremen (HfK) is once again taking the opportunity to organize an open day in the lively atmosphere of the music faculty at Dechanatstraße 13-15 - as an invitation to the whole city.

On June 21, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., students and teaching staff will join forces to stage a large-scale musical summer festival with a diverse program in the halls, corridors, stairwells and courtyards of the HfK. Ensembles, soloists and theater performers offer classical, jazz, pop, early music, experimental sound art as well as improvised, interactive and multidisciplinary performance formats. You can experience how inspiringly open the musical education at the HfK Bremen is.

The basic principle remains the same in 2025: All concerts are free of charge and open to all. The HfK Bremen thus not only invites you to celebrate, listen and be amazed, but also to participate, discover and inform yourself - a musical experience in the middle of the city that connects students, teachers and guests in a special way.
