Singing (B.M., KA)

In addition to basic, general musical training of the voice, engagement with the singing-specific fields of song, concert, oratorio and opera begins early. Subjects such as physical training and basic acting training are intended to promote stage work and regularly culminate in a scenic project or an opera production. The accompaniment lessons are devoted to intensive work to build up a diverse song, concert and opera repertoire. The aim of this study programme is to acquire an extensive range of literature and to engage with early and experimental music – areas that are of considerable importance for setting up a broad range of skills in professional life.
