We will deal with your request as quickly as possible and will usually get back to you within a few days. Requests for changes that affect the structure or enhancement of pages often require consultation with several departments. We would of course be happy to coordinate this with you.

The maintenance of personal data at the HfK is organised by the relevant departments and not by a central office. This email address should help to simplify the process for all areas. The mailbox is looked after by different colleagues from different departments. These are the department for Human Resources (Dezernat 3), IT department (Dezernat 5), as well as representatives of the Faculty administrations Art and Design and Music. Of course, the teams for personal data and the webmaster maintain close contact.

  The courses and the associated descriptions are automatically compared with the course directory. The respective campus office makes changes to courses.
